Humana.com offers a wide range of helpful online services. With these services, you can:

  • Review patient eligibility
  • Check status of claims, inpatient authorizations and referrals
  • Access coverage issue and clinical guideline information

Who may register:
Physicians and other health care professionals, including administrators in physician practices, hospitals or other facilities, professional billing services, laboratories or durable medical equipment providers.

How to register:
To protect your information, an authorized person within your organization will need to complete, sign, and mail us an application. Humana will approve the application and mail a confirmation to the person designated on the application as the Primary Access Administrator (PAA). As the primary contact for your organization this person can register additional users.
